I had extremely great service from Kenny at Pisgah today. We are having a bit of a mouse issue and Kenny was wonderful. He was so thorough and so communicative and even took it upon himself to schedule a follow up visit to make sure all is good. I was very, very pleased. I also have to say that the scheduling woman at the office was equally colossal to deal with. Very nice, very friendly and so concerned about our issue. I could not be happier with Pisgah Pest Control.

Stephen was exceptionally professional today...taking quite a few minutes to tell me about upcoming changes/improvements planned by the company. He was thorough and paid attention to details! I really appreciate his focus on customer service as well as doing an excellent job!

Both techs that visited our house were sincerely nice, professional and knowledgeable. First visit was the assessment by Matt W. There were no high pressure sales or scare tactics. Price seemed reasonable. We signed up for service for 1 year. Service was done by another tech, who did a knockout job with prevention, traps and educating us. Looking forward to a reduced mice and bug population (sorry mice!).

I was unable to be home for yesterday's visit. Had called the office and discussed my concerns, they were passed on to Stephen (our technician) and all were addressed. Stephen truly cares about his customers. Their office staff is also terrific. We have used Pisgah Pest since moving to NC, both in Brevard and now Candler. You are the best! Thank you and stay safe.
